Short answer: we call ICONS the #1 Real Estate Podcast Network because we have launched more real estate podcasts than any other real estate podcast network we found: 92 shows as of October 2026. That's a count of shows launched. It isn't a ranking by downloads or audience.
What we count
- 92 real estate podcasts launched: client shows in our production system that have published at least one episode, as of 19 October 2026. Shows still in setup and test entries are not counted.
- 2,447 guest appearances booked on those client shows.
- 2,304 episodes published on those client shows, all time.
We don't round these numbers up. When they change, we update them and the date.
How we compared other networks
On 19 October 2026 we looked for other real estate podcast networks and podcast producers for agents, and counted their shows from Apple Podcasts listings and their own websites. The largest other real estate podcast networks we found had 6 or fewer shows each.
What "#1" doesn't mean
- Not audience size. We don't publish download figures, and some real estate networks with fewer shows have more listeners or more episodes per show.
- Not all podcast agencies. Some general podcast agencies that work across many industries say they have produced more shows in total. The comparison is with real estate podcast networks.
